TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF FOALS, HORSES, PONIES, STALLIONS, BROOD MARES, YEALINGS AND OTHER HORSES AND LIVE STOCK OF EVERY DESCRIPTION, WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A SANCUARY OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF SUCH UNWANTED ANIMALS AND THE TREATMENT OF SICK OR ILL TREATED ANIMALS.
