Charitable objects
THE MANAGING TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE FROM PUBLIC FUNDS FOR THE BROMHAM CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE MANAGING TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL. PROVIDED THAT THE MANAGING TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE REGARD TO THE PRINCIPLES AND DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN APPLYING THE INCOME.
