TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, INFIRMITY AND OLD AGE AMONGST PERSONS LIVING IN THE TORBAY AND DISTRICT AREA BY PROVIDING A LOCAL BROADCASTING SERVICE FOR HOSPITALS, OLD PERSONS' HOMES AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS.
