TO ASSIST IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN SOUTH EAST LONDON WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF A CRIMINAL OFFENCE OR WHOSE CIRCUMSTANCES MAY CREATE TENDENCIES TOWARDS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR BY THE USE OF PAINTBALL GAMES SO THAT SUCH YOUNG PERSONS MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUAKS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND BECOME BETTER EQUIPPED TO TAKE A USEFUL AND RESPONSIBLE PLACE IN THE COMMUNITY AND THERI CONDITIONS OPF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
