(2) TO RESTORE, PRESERVE, REPAIR, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, BEAUTIFY AND OR RECONSTRUCT ST MATTHIAS AS A BUILDING OF HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE OR ARCHITECTURAL VALUE IN THE EVENT OF ITS BEING MADE REDUNDANT AS A CHURCH OR OTHERWISE CEASING TO BE USED REGULARLY FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP.
