THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT, BEAUTIFICATION AND / OR RECONSTRUCTION OF ST MATTHIAS CHURCH AND COMMUNITY CENTRE, RICHMOND TEAM MINISTRY, IN THE DIOCESE OF SOUTHWARK (ST MATTHIAS). (2) TO RESTORE, PRESERVE, REPAIR, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, BEAUTIFY AND OR RECONSTRUCT ST MATTHIAS AS A BUILDING OF HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE OR ARCHITECTURAL VALUE IN THE EVENT OF ITS BEING MADE REDUNDANT AS A CHURCH OR OTHERWISE CEASING TO BE USED REGULARLY FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP.
