Charitable objects
(1) TO PROVIDE ORPHANAGES AND HOMES FOR CHILDREN IN NEED IN AKWA IBOM STATE (NIGERIA) WITH ITEMS REQUIRED FOR THE PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHILDREN. (11) TO PROMOTE THE ALLEVIATION OF PROBLEMS OF HUMANITY IN NIGERIA AND INTERNATIONALLY. THIS COULD INCLUDE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY DIRECTLY OR THROUGH OTHER ORGANISATIONS AND PROVISION OF RELIEF FOR DISASTER VICTIMS.
