SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR THE RELIEF OF, AND PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE HEALTH OF DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY THE PROVISION OF FREE OR LOW COST,HEALTH AND MEDICAL FACILITIES FOR SICK PEOPLE WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH, AND THROUGH TRAINING (BUT NOT TO THE EXCLUSION OF ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE) AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
