THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE ?OBJECTS?) WITHIN THE CIVIL PARISH OF THRIPLOW AND FOR AN EXTERNAL CHARITY WITHIN A 30 MILE RADIUS OF THRIPLOW. THE OBJECTS ARE TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT, INCLUDING THE ADVANCEMENT OF CITIZENSHIP AND RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, AND TO PURCHASE AND HOLD IN TRUST SUCH LAND AND PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGE AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
