TO RELIEVE PERSONS WITH A MENTAL PROBLEM REQUIRING TREATMENT BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING ,REHABILITATIVE RESIDENTIAL AND DAY CARE FACILITIES, AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE CARING FOR SUCH PERSONS IN THEIR CARE AND TREATMENT.
