(1)TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR ALL PEOPLE FROM BOSNIA RESIDING IN HERTFORDSHIRE AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR IN DISTRESS AND ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES (11)TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUCH REFUGEES AND DEPENDENTS. (111)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE REFUGEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN NEED THEREOF TO ENABLE THEM ADVANC EIN LIFE AND ASSIST IN THEIR REHABILITATION WITHIN THEIR ADOPTED COUNTRIES OF RESIDENCE.
