(A)TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AMONGST PERSONS WHO ARE HIV POSITIVE OR LIVING WITH AIDS OR THOSE AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS, BY THE PROVISION OF CARE, SUPPORT AND COUNSELLING TO THOSE WHO ARE HIV POSITIVE AND PEOPLE WITH AIDS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND PEOPLE CARING FOR SUCH PERSONS. (B)THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS LIVING WITH HIV/AIDS AND IN THE BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF AIDS.
