(1) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE SUBJECT OF TRANSRACIAL ADOPTION WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE PROBLEMS WHICH MAY RESULT FROM TRANSRACIAL ADOPTION SO AS TO RELIEVE SUCH PROBLEMS. (2) FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN NEED AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN TRANSRACIALLY ADOPTED THROUGH THE THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, INFORMATION AND ADVICE.
