(B)THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS REGARDLESS OF NATIONALITY, RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINION IN THE SAID COUNTY AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHURCH COUNCIL ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD.
