THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM DISABILITIES ARISING FROM AGE, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, TRAINING, ADVOCACY, COUNSELLING AND INFORMATION TO THOSE PERSONS CARING FOR PERSONS WITH SUCH DISABILITIES IN THE CITY OF LONDON AND THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HACKNEY.
