1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PEOPLE WHO SUFFER FROM HEARING OR SIGHT IMPAIRMENT,PARTICULARY THOSE WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED BY OTHER DISABILITIES BY RACE OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. 2) TO ADVANCE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WHO SUFFER FROM HEARING OR SIGHT IMPAIRMENT.
