(1) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC (INCLUDING USERS OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND PROFESSIONALS) ON ISSUES AFFECTING GENERAL AND SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF MENTAL HEALTH. (2) TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST USERS OF THE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES RESIDENT WITHIN THE LONDON BORUGH OF BRENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLANNING, MONITORING AND DELIVERY OF MENTAL HEALTH CARE PROVISION (INCLUDING SELF HELP SERVICES) SO AS TO IMPROVE THE STANDARD AND SCOPE OF SUCH CARE.
