THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND IN PARTICULAR FACILITIES FOR SAILING, WATER SPORTS AND OTHER ADVENTUROUS ACTIVITIES FOR THOSE WHO ARE STUDENTS OF SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES OR OTHERWISE ENGAGED IN FORMAL EDUCATION WITH A PREFERENCE FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF HERTFORDSHIRE.
