Charitable objects
1) TO RELIEVE IN CIRENCESTER AND THE SOUTH COTSWOLD DISTRICT THE STRESSES EXPERIENCED BY CARERS OF PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SENSORY IMPAIRMENT WITHIN THE FAMILY OR HOME, BY OFFERING A RESPITE SERVICE THROUGH THE PROVISIONOF COMMUNITY BASED CARE ASSISTANTS. 2) AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE ("THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE") AND IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, TO PROVIDE SUCH HOME CARE ASSISTANTS FOR SUCH PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES LIVING ALONE.
