Charitable objects
(1) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME AND AT THEIR DISCRETION THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST ANDREW, FELMINGHAM. (2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED IN ANY ONE YEAR IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR SUCH RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT
