TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY TRANSPORT FOR THE INHABITANTS OF SOUTH WILTSHIRE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS, PARTICULARLY THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF A DISABILITY.
