TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, PSYCHOLIGICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH: 1) BY PROVIDING COUNSELLING TO THOSE SUFFERING FROM PHYSCOLOGICAL OR EMOTIONAL ILLNESS OR DISTRESS. 2) BY PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH COUNSELLING. 3) BY UNDERTAKING RESEARCH INTO AND STUDY OF SUCH ILLNESS AND DISTRESS AND PUBLISHING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH AND STUDY.
