Charitable objects
TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION FOR THE INHABITANTS OF ROADWATER (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. THE LAND SPECIFIED IN THE SAID SCHEDULE SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A RECREATION GROUND AND VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
