(II) TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSE AND TO THAT END BRING TOGETHER REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE PURPOSE WITHIN BIGGIN HILL AND DISTRICT
