Charitable objects
1) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE APPRECIATION IN THE ARTS AND CULTURE IN STROUD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BY THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF A COMMUNITY ARTS SPACE AND GALLERY WITH A FOCUS ON CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE. 2) TO PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF STROUD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE THE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF THEIR LIVES.?
