THE PROMOTION OF MILITARY EFFICIENCY OF THE ROYAL TANK REGIMENT BY MAINTAINING, FOSTERING AND IMPROVING THE WELFARE, EDUCATION AND ESPRIT DE CORPS OF OFFICERS, WARRANT OFFICERS, NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND MEN NOW OR FROM TIME TO TIME SERVING. SECONDLY, TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO EX-SERVING PERSONS AND DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
