FOR THE PURPOSE OF A PARISH HALL AND OTHER CHARITABLE VILLAGE AMMENITIES FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THEPARISH OF GORING HEATH IN THE COUNTY OF OXORDSHIRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OFRECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY AND CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
