TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC CONCERNING THE ISSUE OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY SUCH VIOLENCE OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
