(D) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN BETTER STANDARDS OF CHILD CARE WITHIN THE AREA OF CRAWLEY, HORSHAM, MID-SUSSEX AND THEIR ENVIRONS.
