Charity overview
Activities - how the charity spends its money
LEAH (Queens Award 2008) trains volunteers to befriend and teach English one-to-one in learners' homes in Kingston and Richmond. Users are mainly women from BMER groups who are unable to attend classes. LEAH also organises short courses, drop-ins and social events with embedded ESOL to assist users' integration. Volunteers are supported through tutor development workshops and extensive resources.
