TO RELIEVE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS BY PROVIDING A CENTRE TO ENABLE CHILDREN TO MEET ONE OR BOTH PARENTS, AND/OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS FROM WHOM THEY HAVE BEEN ESTRANGED, AND THIS TO TAKE PLACE IN A SAFE, COMFORTABLE AND NEUTRAL ENVIRONMENT, WITH SUCH SERVICE PROVISION BEING EQUALLY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL, WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION.
