FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN LONDON AND ELSEWHERE BY ADVANCING EDUCATION IN CHINESE PHILOSOPHY, RELIGION, HISTORY, CULTURE AND OTHER SUBJECTS AND BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECRETION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF ELDERLY PERSONS AND OTHERS IN THE INTRESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED.
