THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAME AS AND WHEN THEY SHALL THINK FIT TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR OWN ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
