FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE RESIDENT IN AND AROUND THE CITY OF MANCHESTER, TO RELIEVE POVERTY,SICKNESS, AND THE DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM WHICH PLACE PEOPLE AT RISK OF BREAKDOWN OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH, AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
