B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CARE OF ANIMALS. C) TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF PET OWNERS WHO ARE IN NEED AND IN PARTICULAR BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF A NEUTERING SERVICE AND BY ASSISTING IN THE PAYMENT OF VETERINARY BILLS.
