THE ORGANISATION'S OBJECTIVES ARE TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THEIR NEEDS AND ASPIRATIONS.
