[1] TO RUN A COMMUNITY BASED PRE-SCHOOL PLAY SCHEME [2] TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE UNDER 5'S IN THE LONG LANE AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN CROYDON BY ASSOCIATING STATUTORY, ASHBURTON HIGH SCHOOL AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE POVERTY [3] TO ESTABLISH THE NEEDS OF THE UNDER 5'S WITHIN THE LONG LANE AND SURROUNDING AREAS TO HELP PROVIDE A STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS.
