Charitable objects
TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY ESPECIALLY THE RESIDENTS OF LONGHEATH GARDENS ESTATE IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON, BY PROVISION OF LAND, BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES FOR PUBLIC USE FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, DISABILITY, OLD AGE AND INFIRMITY, FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION AND FOR THE PROMOTION OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WELFARE, BEING SUCH FACILITIES AS THESE PERSONS HAVE NEED OF, BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE,INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND WHICH FACILITIES WILL IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. TO ESTABLISH AND RUN A PROPERTY FUNDED AND MANAGED COMMUNITY CARE AND CHURCH CENTRE FOR THE LONGHEATH GARDENS ESTATE THROUGH AN EQUAL PARTNERSHIP OF LOCAL RESIDENTS, LOCAL CHURCHES [MONKS ORCHARD BAPTIST CHURCH AND ST GEORGE'S ANGLICAN CHURCH] AND SHIRLEY CHURCHES NEIGHBOURLY CARE SCHEME.
