TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE AND TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THE PATIENTS OF THE GENERAL PRACTITIONERS IN THE VILLAGE OF BURWELL CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITHIN A FOUR MILE RADIUS OF BURWELL CENTRE BY THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE NHS. APPLICATIONS FROM OUTSIDE THE AREA WOULD BE CONSIDERED BY THE TRUSTEES.
