TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRICT OF WALTHAM FOREST WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE "STONEYDOWN PARK" AREA (HEREINAFTER CAALED THE AREA) AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND OTHER PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY.
