THE RELIEF OF ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES BY: [1] PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, THERAPUETIC, RECREATIONAL, OCCUPATIONAL, RESIDENTIAL, EMPLOYMENT AND HEALTH CARE OPPORTUNITIES.[2] ENHANCING THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SKILLS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TAILORED CARE PLANS, ALONG WITH THE BASIC PERSONAL SERVICES AND SOCIAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT. [3] PROVIDING SERVICES WHICH ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF SOCIAL CARE, WHICH HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED AND INTEGRATED INTO LOCAL PLANNING BETWEEN AGENCIES. REACHING THOSE MOST IN NEED AND UTILISING THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
