Activities - how the charity spends its money

We try to prevent fully-functioning computers being smashed up and dumped in landfill sites but because we have received no donations we are unable to pay for them to be refurbished. Instead we are simply acting as a free "broker" so that if people or companies contact us regarding computers that they no longer need, we then try to put them in touch with a refurbisher in their area.

TO PROVIDE (WHERE POSSIBLE) TRAINING, EDUCATION, RESEARCH, SOFTWARE AND ANY OTHER SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT RELEVANT THERETO. TO ADVANCE THE AVAILABILITY OF SURPLUS, REDUNDANT, OBSOLETE OR OTHERWISE UNNEEDED, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT TO EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS. (B) TO IMPROVE THE AVAILABILITY OF ALL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT AND ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
