Uconnect from an office in the Ministry of Education of Uganda provides elearning and training to teachers in both primary and secondary schools. Uconnect provides elearning installed on computers to girls aged 8-13 in their homes in three adjacent low income areas of DAR ES Salaam and trains these girls to be e learning agents to family and neighbors.
