THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN UGANDA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF A MOBILE EDUCATIONAL UNIT; AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTREEE BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH FUNDS AND EQUIPMENT AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
