TO RELIEVE YOUNG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES BY THE PROVISION OF PERMANENT ACCOMODATION IN WEST SURREY AND ELSEWHERE AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND EDUCATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
