1. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE HISTORIC GRADE 11 LISTED WATTLE HOUSE. 2. TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION BY ASSOCIATING THER LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS BY THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
