Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF PENWITH, CORNWALL AND ELSEWHERE, BY DEVELOPING PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND BY IMPROVING PUBLIC ACCESS TO, AND THE QUALITY OF, THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THE COMPANY SHALL SEEK: 1) TO IMPROVE STANDARDS OF PRACTICE AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS. 2) TO PROMOTE, ADVANCE, ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST IN THE PRACTICE, PRESENTATION AND STUDY OF THE ARTS. 3) TO BRING TOGETHER AND CO-ORDINATE THE EFFORTS OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS, SOCIETIES AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED OR INTERESTED IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ALL OR ANY OF THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY. 4) TO PRESENT, PROMOTE, ARRANGE, ORGANISE, PROVIDE, MANAGE AND PRODUCE EXHIBITIONS, ARTISTIC EVENTS, PERFORMANCES, CONFERENCES AND COURSES.
