Charitable objects
(1) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS DEFRAYING THE COST OF THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GRAVEYARD AT THE FORMER FORDHAM CHAPEL, AT FORDHAM, IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX. (2) SUBJECT THERETO, THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE INCOME IN FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS OR OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CONNEXION IN THE COUNTIES OF ESSEX, HERTFORDSHIRE, CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND SUFFOLK. (3) IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME IN ANY YEAR IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME IN FURTHERING THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CONNEXION ANYWHERE IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
