1) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND IN PARTICULAR GOOD MENTAL HEALTH OF YOUNG PERSONS RESIDING IN CONGLETON, ADJOINING BOROUGHS AND CHESHIRE, STAFFORDSHIRE, WARRINGTON, HALTON AND STOKE ON TRENT. 2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC SO AS TO INCREASE THEIR AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH AND THE ASSOCIATED ISSUES AND RELATED PROBLEMS. 3) TO RELIEVE HARDSHIP SICKNESS AND THE DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM.
