TO RAISE ADMINSTER AND APPLY FUNDS IN ORDER TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT ALL ASPECTS OF THE PRODUCTION DISTRIBUTION AND SALE OF SUBSIDISED TEXTBOOKS.
